From pre-construction to turn over, OSG will effectively and efficiently coordinate and manage the details of your expansion on time and within budget. We work directly for and represent you. We manage the development process on your behalf.
Pre-Construction Planning
The development process consists of all pre-construction details. During this phase, we will coordinate and manage all owner's subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely execution.

Construction Oversight
The construction oversight phase consists of coordinating all details of the actual construction of your building. In this phase we manage the bidding process, contract award, and construction process which includes the following:

*Coordinate engineering testing firm
*Perform site visits
*Review applications for payment
*Monitor change orders
*Monitor construction schedule
*Perform Punch Lists
*Coordinate project close-out
